Acceptance of Terms

By using FlightReady you agree to follow these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part, you should stop using the service. Continued use means acceptance of all current and future updates.

Aviation Disclaimer

FlightReady provides advisory preflight risk intelligence only. It is not an official weather briefing, a certified dispatch system, or a replacement for pilot-in-command judgment, flight instruction, aircraft documentation, or FAA-approved sources. Readiness scores and AI briefings do not constitute a go/no-go decision. The pilot in command makes all final operational decisions and remains responsible for verifying weather, NOTAMs, airworthiness and personal minimums with official sources before every flight. Where a data source is unavailable, the service marks that factor as unknown; an unknown factor must never be read as a low-risk one.

Use of Service

You agree to use FlightReady only for lawful and appropriate purposes, and to fly only within the privileges and limitations of your certificates and ratings. Any misuse, unauthorized access, or disruption of the service is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to restrict access if violations occur.

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and login details. Any activity under your account is considered your responsibility, including assessments saved under it. Keep your credentials safe to prevent unauthorized use.

Service Changes

We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time to improve the service, including changes to how risk factors are weighted. Material changes to the scoring model are versioned. We aim to ensure continuous improvement and better performance.

Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for any indirect or incidental damages from using the service, including the accuracy or completeness of any risk assessment. All services are provided on an “as available” basis, without warranty. Use of the service is at your own risk, and operational decisions remain yours.

Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated periodically to reflect changes in the service. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms. We encourage reviewing them regularly.
