Account information: email address for authentication, and optionally pilot certificate type and home airport ICAO for contextual analysis.
Flight data: routes you analyze, stored to support history and session continuity.
AI interactions: chat queries stored for session context within your account.
Logbook entries: if you choose to provide them.
Usage telemetry: page views and feature usage without personally identifiable information.
We use collected data solely to operate FlightReady — delivering route risk analysis, AI safety briefings, logbook features, and account management.
Your flight data is never used to train AI models, improve models, or transferred to any AI provider for training purposes.
We do not sell user data, share flight data with third-party analytics providers, or share data with advertisers.
We do not sell your data to any third party.
FlightReady runs on Supabase (database and authentication) and Vercel (hosting). These infrastructure providers process data on our behalf under their respective security and privacy commitments.
We do not share your routes or flight data with AI training providers.
We retain data only as long as necessary to provide the service.
When you delete your account, personal data is removed within a 30-day window. We do not retain flight data beyond operational necessity after deletion.
All data transmitted between your device and FlightReady is encrypted using TLS. User data is stored on Supabase infrastructure with encryption at rest.
Authentication is managed by Supabase with JWT tokens. Passwords are not stored in plaintext.
