Flight schools · early access

A program can only
teach a decision
it can see.

Students learn manoeuvres from a syllabus and judgment from whoever happens to be signing them out. FlightReady gives a program one structure for preflight risk — the same factors, the same weights, the same language, in every briefing room.

How a program uses it

Four moves, repeated every flight.

01

Students assess before every flight

Route, conditions, aircraft, currency and personal minimums, worked through the same 11-factor structure on every assessment — solo or dual, first lesson or stage check.
02

Instructors review the reasoning

The instructor opens the same factor breakdown the student saw: where it flagged review, which minimums were exceeded, and what the student decided to do about it. The debrief starts from evidence.
03

The program accumulates a record

Saved assessments and PDF export create documented rationale over a semester — useful for stage checks, safety meetings, and Part 141 training records.
04

Everyone shares one vocabulary

When every instructor and student works from the same weighted factors, 'marginal' and 'personal minimums' stop meaning four different things in four briefing rooms.

Program capabilities

What a school seat adds to Pro.

Everything below exists and is being used by early-access programs. Nothing on this page is a roadmap item wearing a feature's clothes.

01

Instructor review workflow

Approve, approve with mitigation, return for changes, or reject — with a required override reason on elevated submissions.

02

Shared factor framework

One structure across the program, so a debrief is about reasoning rather than about whose rule of thumb applies.

03

Program dashboards

Submission feed, fleet overview and student views for chief instructors and safety officers.

04

Documented rationale

Saved assessments and PDF export, so the program can learn from its own decisions.

Straight answers

What it is, and the four things it is not.

Schools get sold a lot of software. Here is the shortest honest description of the boundary before you spend a minute on a call.

IS
Preflight decision intelligence and a teaching structure for aeronautical decision-making.
IS NOT
A school management system. No scheduling, no billing, no dispatch, no maintenance tracking.
IS NOT
A replacement for instruction. It gives a CFI something concrete to teach from; it does not teach.
IS NOT
An override. There is no button that lets an instructor decide a flight for a student — the pilot in command decides.
STATUS

Program cost

Per seat, no minimum beyond two.

Program cost · 2–100 seats$15 per seat / month
212 seats100
Monthly, at list price$180Every seat includes full Pro access. Early access — pricing is discussed with your program before anything is signed.

A seat is a full Pro licence for that pilot — unlimited briefings, personal minimums enforcement, full corridor analysis, PDF export — plus the program-level review and visibility workflows.

!Early access, stated plainly. School workflows are in active development with real programs. We would rather show you the gaps on a call than have you discover them in week three.

Before the call

Read the methodology and the source registry. If the weights or the stated limits do not suit how your program teaches risk, a demo will not change that — and we would rather you knew in five minutes than five weeks.
